IIT Madras bans student association for spreading hatred against PM Modi

May 29 (Agencies): IIT Madras has banned a student association named Ambedkar-Periyar Study Circle (APSC) after receiving an anonymous complaint that the group was allegedly spreading hatred against PM Narendra Modi.

The Dean of Students, Sivakumar M. Srinivasan stated that the students didn't follow the protocol of the student association and circulated pamphlets criticizing the Modi government and its policies, according to a report published in The Hindu.

However, the APSC members deny the charges levied against them. They have written a letter to Director Dr. Bhaskar Ramamurthi for a detailed explanation.

The anonymous complainant shot an email to the authorities with the controversial pamphlets attached to it.

The complainant said that APSC was mobilizing the schedule castes and schedule tribes to protest against the centre.

We love Mr. Modi because he has a vision for India, if Italians can come to India and take control of the country, why can't Citizen of India go abroad and earn money and invest in India and contribute to Indian economy. What has congress done to struggling Indians who in large number are migrating to foreign countries, and doing a better living and investing in India.
Wake up from blind faith for congress, if Mr. Modi doesn't fulfill his promises, he will be kicked out in yr 2019 Lok Sabha poll, we want working PM, not a puppet of Gandhi family.

In my opinion ...,
Clear instance of parivar outfits influence in govt functioning. The govt intolerance & attack on free speech and social activists it is visibly clear.
At the same time of recently the upper cast parivar think tank is trying to poach Dr BM Ambedkar & Mahatma Gandhiji's legacy to improve its image with a hidden object to increase the support base of BJP (to serve the Baniya Community to say the least).
It was because of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Mahatma Gandhiji & Dr BM Ambedkar the lower cast people are now well educated & sitting in toph positions with their head in high esteem.
This is nothing but the unelected & unelectible parivar outfits hidden strategy to remotely control the govt to serve & promote their purpose.

Dear All,
Don't jump into conclusions. I think many of these commentators have not seen the TIMES NOW debate yesterday. Even media is giving half information only. It was told that these students were mentioned "DEMOLISHING OF HINDU CULTURE" in their printed agendas. Also they were concerned that since 2009 till 2015 (5 years Congress leadership) only 3 members of SC/ST recommended from IIT-M. Whom given them right to do all these. Students also should be in their limit and need not to comment on any religion. Also media should not be biased and must give the correct news so that people are aware of the truth.

Here is the truth:
A foreign funded group organizes a lecture on Ambedkar, but circulates pamphlets to sow poison of caste ism among Dalit students and spread hatred against other castes.
IIT-Madras students don't fall in such a trap, they recognize the evil intentions of the so-called group and complain IIT-Madras administration against such activities to preserve unity.
Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India takes swift action against the group. But as usual, anti-national AAPCon-tards and some group of media are trying very very hard to spread hatred among us to divide us in various ways.

You are fooled by shakas...with their own.set of scholars who think british created aryans and dravidians...Even in tulunadu recently they found a ancient idol nothing related to aryan and their veda...Scholar claimed it as pre vedic dravidian diety...People can follow any belief but to claim aryan and dravidian belong to same stock you are making yourself to believe in an illusion theory which has no basis...

The idea of Aryan and Dravidian races is the product of an unscientific, culturally biased form of thinking that saw race in terms of color. There are scientifically speaking, no such things as Aryan or Dravidian races. The three primary races are Caucasian, the Mangolian and the Negroid. Both the Aryans and Dravidians are related branches of the Caucasian race generally placed in the same Mediterranean sub-branch. The difference between the so-called Aryans of the north and Dravidians of the south is not a racial division. Biologically bo th the north and south Indians are of the same Caucasian race, only when closer to the equator the skin becomes darker, and under the influence of constant heat the bodily frame tends to become a little smaller. While we can speak of some racial differences between north and south Indian people, they are only secondary.

For example, if we take a typical person from Punjab, another from Maharash- tra, and a third from Tamilnadu we will find that the Maharashtrians generally fall in between the other two in terms of build and skin color. We see a gradual shift of characteristics from north to south, but no real different race. An Aryan and Dravidian race in India is no more real than a north and a south European race. Those who use such terms are misusing language. We would just as well place the blond Swede of Europe in a different race from the darker haired and skinned person of southern Italy.

Nor is the Caucasian race the "white" race. Caucasians can be of any color from pure white to almost pure black, with every shade of brown in between. The predominent Caucasian type found in the world is not the blond-blue-eyes northern European but the black hair, brown-eyed darker skinned Mediterranean type that we find from southern Europe to north India. Similarly the Mongolian race is not yellow. Many Chinese have skin whiter than many so-called Cauca- sians. In fact of all the races, the Caucasian is the most variable.

where did I comment on Aryand invasion theory.. it is bogus.. and as advent of DNA profiling, british kept quiet.. though they pushed their agenda to sow divide in peoples mind well!.. Adi shankarachrya is a brahmin from keladi who is propnent of advaita! ... he then went on till kashmir and puri, dwarka and sringeri, all around professed the ideology and won over many rules or debate... it was all TAARKIKA and literal ghar wapsi without any sword or favor! few did stay on their ideologies!... undoubtedly in hindusim all sort of cultures, ideologies, practices prevailed!.. one thing you can see if from FUNERAL customs!... even if people migrate from one place, they wont leave their funeral customs at all and striclty adhere to their "after life philosphies or burial fundas and protocols"..look at PARSIS, who still feed the deceased to vultures!... but how do you think then upper castes adopted "FUNERAL PYRE ritual" if they indeed had come from west? even christians and islam have strict rules of burials. and they follow it!... howeverm hindu system you can see all type of fuenral ritual... lingayats (professed by a brahmin Basavanna) -make few of them sit upright and bury... few are laid to rest in sleeping position. vokkaligas bury, tamils bury, bunts billawas burn.. most of hindus burn the bodies as per vidhi vidhaan with asti visarjan and kirya karama where they feel the body is nashwara and it should meet the panchabhootas.... etc etc... how can there be a invasion, if there was so many customs kept as it is!.. in invasion, you ruthlessly impose your ideas!... dravidadesha was a concept of boundaries.. even rahul dravid who came from south of vindhyas or aravalis was a brahmin...!

anyways, not drifting further, here the idea at IIT is no political, caste based ideologies and groups , stundent clubs are allowed as per protocol!... Not even ABVP can step into the universities.. it is a education institue, which has shunned these politial leaning clubs..!

That is why your party in rajasthan has now thinking of providing 5% reservation for gujjars after they agitated same with jat issue...No party is immune to caste politics ...BJP is no different...I am too in favour of merit but portraying particular party as something extraordinary is stupidity...

Certainly I believe what keesh said.This is not some fantasised history.At least you now believe people came to India through different routes,before the dravidians there lived munda tribes who are related to aboriginal people of south east asia and oceania you can compare their basic linguistic structure,and people in andaman doesn't look like other Indians coz they were earlier migrants to India who are dark and short in stature.That is why dravidians ,mundas and andaman aborigins developed different system of language and culture.Even in north india there are isolated dravidian people limited to tribal belt.If aryans and south Indians had same origin there wouldn't have been such a huge difference in language.Even in south India until recently they retained south indian system of naming towns and people.In north east India we have mongoloid people who have different migration root.So they have different looks and language.
What I am saying is India is land of migrants.Aryan culture spread from north Indian aryan tribes to rest of India,the people most close to original aryans can be found in Iran and central asia.Old sanskit developed in a region bordering central asia in afghan pak,west of it was its sister language avestan.Even oldest sanskrit scholar comes from this region not from south India,sanskrit later spread eastwards to mainland India.Even old avestan text and dieties are very similar to old sanskrit and dieties,this has nothing to do with south Indian people and language.If we compare arab with turks or persians,we may find them similar but later people are much more fair and faraway from equator,all these people follow similar religion and related culture but we cant claim they belonged to similar stock of people.Similarly a person from bali or tamilnadu follow same like in ayodhya but they are not similar stock of people,what makes ethnicity is different migration root and India is land of migrants different people came here at different time

if we analyse the skin color of north indians except punjabis,rajasthanis and himachalis, almost all (up,bihar,mp,maharastra etc) are of the same dark complexion like peoples of karnataka,ap,kerala if not tn.
