The Decennial year inauguration of 'Daivik Amrith' magazine

Mangaluru, Jun 8: Under the vision 'Inspitarion to Chritstian Life' the inauguration of Decennial year of Daivik Amrith a spiritual Konkani monthly was held here on June 7, at St Vincent Ferrar Golden morial Hall, Valencia.

Daivik Amrith Sanj- 2015 coordinator Fr Vinod Lobo presented spiritual thoughts to ponder upon through the powerpoint representation. As part daivik sanj Eminent singers like Sangeetha Balachandra, Rony Crasta, Felix Permannur guided by Simon Pais Bajal performed on the occasion. YCS members and parishioners of Bondel performed dance .

Fr Andrew D’Souza welcomed the the well attended gathering, after which, Fr Andrew D’Souza, in his keynote addressed and gave close vision of the magazine its birth and growth.






































The patron of Daivik Amrith weekly Valerian D’Almeida Charted Accountant Abhudabi inaugurated the Decennial year and also launched the new website www.daivikamrith.com and assured his support to the magazine.

Msgr Denis Moras Prabhu, in his presidential address, congratulated Fr Andrew D’Souza and his team for the new vision and venture. It is difficult to have readers in this present world and many Konkani magazines have suffered a loss because of less readers and the financial support he said. He conveyed his best wishes. He was honoured by the Davik Amrith team as he celebrated his 75th birthday recently.

Fr James D’Souza the parish priest of Valencia congratulated the team and inaugurated the projects for the decinial year.

Later on behalf of Mrs Lilly Lobo Mumbai  Fr Boniface Pinto and Master Prajwasl Shanvin Labo handed overed the cheque to Rev Fr Andrew D’Souza contributing towards the Education Fund a project of the decennial year.

Msgr Denis Moras Prabhu, Valerian D’Almeida, Fr Andrew D’Souza, parish priest, St Lawrence Church, Bondel, and the director of monthly, Fr Boniface Pinto, Fr Vinod Lobo, Fr James Dsouza, parish priest of Valencia, Santhosh Alwyn Lobo, editor, Daivik Amrith were present on the dais.
