I have a Question to Melvin D'silva, regional manager, why Air India Express FOOLING the would be passengers by showing in home page that "CLICK HERE TO YOUR SEAT" but when we click, one can't see any such thing that we can our seat while booking online. This BOGUS icon in the home page appears since one year but still it is neither activated nor removed. Is not the tactic of fooling people. Once we book the ticket, we have to pay heavy price to cancel it. Can Melvin D'Silva either activate or remove this icon from the home page of AIR INDIA EXPRESS.

Air India always displayed various Public Relations occasions including Awards and Rewards from the time they established their services to the Gulf region.

We had a capable Air India executive called K. K. Menon fifty years ago in Bahrain who had brought some charming Air India staff from Bombay and conducted some nice entertaining occasions in Bahrain.

I wonder whether Mr. K. K. Menon is still around and would like to reach him. Then came Air India to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and here again we were blessed to have some fine Air India executives that represented our Mother Air Line and created some nice image of a courteous carrier in Saudi Arabia.

    Best of luck
