In this case I think both girl and boy are equally responsible.

During sex both enjoyed equally then why boy only in fault?

How the boy came to know she is alone at her home?

What her parents was doing for five years? they never find any doubt on them?

Why girl didn't informed her parents about this five years drama. That means she fully enjoyed with him.......

Jun 13 2015 : The Times of India (Mumbai)
PIL seeks guidelines for registering rape cases as 75% result in acquittal
    Shibu Thomas
    Mumbai:

The PIL referred to statistics from the National Crime Records Bureau. On an average, 22,000 rape cases were registered every year between 2007 and 2011. While in 2012, the acquittal rate in rape cases was 46% in the first eight months of 2013 (for which exact figures are available), it shot up to 75%. The petition cited unnamed experts to claim that many were a result of false rape cases that had been registered.
The petitioners have focused on complaints registered in some cases after three to five years or on the ground that the man rescinded from the promise of marriage.“Technically , there is no clause in the Indian Penal Code that specifically labels the breach of a marriage promise as rape. Section 90, while defining “consent“ in general, states that if consent is given “under a misconception of fact“ and if the perpetrator is aware of this, then it cannot be deemed as consent.Courts across the country often use this section of the IPC to interpret cases of rape and breach of promise,“ the PIL contended.~extracted from TOI~

I think the legal system should pass a law where there is an agreement between the girl and boy that they will do whatever we want with each other till whatever time they want to,and ultimately if things go wrong the boy should be punished. (Pure sarcasm only)

Women are getting education better than men. Is the education is helping our girls to understand the problems and face the problems of life. why not marry first and then proceed to this relation. Why girls are so ignorant. Or is this lack of education. More and more educated girls are falling in life. Why girls are hiding truth from parents and parents are unaware what is happened and when the situation goes beyond then they complain to police. Does this will allow that girl to have a normal life. No? If she had discussed all this parents then they would have taken some steps. Is the trust relation between parents and children is weakening in society or children want to fly hight neglecting parents????

Why after five years now complain? She could have informed her parents at least after repeated rapes and threat.long time enjoyed or waited till rain falls.Parents also could ask the youth why not proceeding about marriage. He should be punished because of repeated rapes.

Its funny. So many similar incidents. The girl is equally responsible for what has happened. Why did she let him do in the first place?
