Los Angeles, June 13 (IANS): Reality TV star Kim Kardashian, who is expecting her second child with husband Kanye West, stumbled a bit while she was on her way to shopping.

The 34-year-old star lost her balance for a quick moment in her khaki strappy high heels while she was shopping in Beverly Hills on Friday, reports aceshowbiz.com.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star watched her step carefully after she almost fell. While shopping in Beverly Hills, Kim flaunted her tiny baby bump in a tight grey sleeveless dress. She completed her look with a necklace and big sunglasses.

Before announcing her second pregnancy, Kim opened up that she was worried about her looks. "Just with my weight. I cannot leave the house without Spanx," she admitted.
