Whether it is an impact of infiltration of the people from other states or something else. But one thing is sure,in a democratic country like India, one can move from one place to other place as he/she wish without any restrictions. But they should be abide by the rules of the land and should not take law into their hand and harm the people, spoil and defame the place/people with their bad intentions.Meantime government concerned should not be lenient and give free hand to the people who create disturbance/nuisance in the place of his domicile and Government should act firmly without any consideration those who want to create problems. It should not be vote bank politics/government.Whichever the government,it is by the people, for the people and of the people.Whoever it may be culprits should be punished without showing any sympathy and for political gain, whether he/she is from inside or outside the state.
