Udupi: Minor girl allegedly raped, two suspects arrested

Udupi, Jun 17: A-15-year-old minor girl was sexually assaulted and raped by two persons in Hiriyadka police limits, here on Sunday, June 14.

Police have arrested two persons in this regard. The arrested persons have been identified as Santhosh Shetty (23) and Nithesh Poojary (22).

As per the complaint, Santhosh Shetty knew the victim for sometimes. The incident happened on Sunday, June 14 evening.

A case has been registered under POCSO act at Hiriyadka police station.
