Youngsters greet Modi at Rajpath

New Delhi, June 21 (IANS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi was on Sunday surrounded by youngsters who tried to shake hands with him as he walked among people after a yoga session at Rajpath here to mark the International Yoga Day.

Modi walked for a short distance from the place he was performing yoga alongside thousands of people at the sprawling venue in central Delhi.

"The prime minister and his young friends: enthusiastic youngsters meeting the PM on #YogaDay," the Prime Minister's Office tweeted.

Modi, who was dressed in white kurta-pyjama and sported a scarf, practices yoga regularly.
