PM greets Mozambique on its Independence Day


New Delhi, June 25 (IANS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday greeted the people of Mozambique on the country's Independence day.

"Independence Day greetings to the people of Mozambique," Modi said in a statement.

"We cherish our strong ties with the nation and hope to deepen our cooperation further."

Mozambique is a South African country.
