Sonam Kapoor inaugurates Style Loft for Delhi fashionistas


New Delhi, July 1 (IANS): With a high dose of fashion, style and a tad of Bollywood glamour, actress and fashion icon Sonam Kapoor inaugurated Style Loft by Ambika Pillai, housing collections by designers like Pia Pauro and Malini Ramani, here.

Style Loft is a multi-brand outlet comprising of exclusive designer apparel and jewellery.

The store, which is located in the capital's South Extension area, was inaugurated on Tuesday. It also has collection of Pankaj and Nidhi and AM:PM, among others, read a statement.

Pauro, whose label is known for its nomadic elements, vibrant designs infused with bohemian spirit, is ecstatic about this new venture. She says with the association she is planning to explore new arenas of fashion world.

"Style Loft is an extremely exciting new opportunity for me. My label has always been synonymous with bohemian prints and dresses, however at the Style Loft I will be focusing primarily on a range of saris and lehengas as well as Indian resort wear,” Pauro said.

Other designers like Rohit Bal and Suneet Verma, as well as Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) Sunil Sethi were also present at the store-opening.
