Mangaluru: Serial accident near State Bank - Five vehicles damaged

Mangaluru, Jul 4: A serial accident involving five vehicles took place at Nellikai road near State Bank here on Saturday July 4.

The driver of a mini 407 tempo lost control of the vehicle and rammed into a Verna, an Omni, a Honda Activa and a bike, all of which were parked. 

After the hitting the vehicles, the tempo crashed into the board of Balaji Sanitary shop and came to a stop.

Luckily, no injuries were reported, but all the five vehicles were damaged.

Police sources said that the accident occured due to the brake fail.

Traffic west police have registered a case.

    why this mangalore small city so much accident.WHY NOT CONTROL mangalore is india number education institute why this leaders NOT understand make strike LAW speeding.WHAT is wrong with people WHY MANGALORE DONT RAISE THE VOICE STOP ALL TRUCK DRIVER high fine cancel the lic.     Majority of the KL registration plate vehicles be it students or goods carriers or mass transport vehicles they are in a hurry and drive rash police require to be extra vigilant .

    This road is very narrow and people drive at high speed. vehicles will parked on either side of the road. this road has to be widened ASAP.

    Brake fail used to happen in the 50's !! There is nothing like brakefail in modern vehicles. The tempo driver lost control for sure.
