Qatar: KMCA organizes Iftar at Indian Cultural Center

Qatar, Jul 8: Karnataka Muslim Cultural Association, Doha, Qatar (KMCA) organized an Iftar for its members and family members at Indian Cultural Center (ICC) on July 3.































The event started with recitation of verses from the holy Quran.

A symposium highlighting the importance of the holy month of Ramazan, its benefits and impacts were addressed by Moulana Hafiz Mohammed Jaffer.

President of the forum Niyaz Ahmed welcomed the gathering, Saquib Raza Khan proposed the vote of thanks while Saeed Assadi compered the event.

Around 300 members including ladies joined the Iftar programme. Separate seating arrangements were made for the ladies.

Prominent members from Karnataka Expatriate community joined the Iftar program. They included Girish Kumar, president ICC, KM Varghese, president IBPN, Divakar Poojary, general secretary ICC, Ravi Shetty, president of Tulu Koota, Qatar, Madhu, president, Karnataka Sangh Qatar, Prakash Chandra Ajila, pesident, Bunts Qatar, Abdul Majeed, president, SKMWA, Arun Kumar, former president of KSQ, Ramachandra Shetty, former president Tulu Koota Qatar, Habibul Nabi and several dignitaries attended the Iftar programme.
