Bengaluru, Jul 16: Who says Kagodu Thimmappa does not take his words back? The speaker who is known for his ‘speaking’ abilities and who has become famous for his outbursts in the assembly against everyone including the government, was never seen being apologetic. But it happened on Wednesday.

The incident happened during question answer session. A B Malakareddy from Congress had a question and the minister Srinivas Prasad had answered the question. “It is difficult to get Aadhar and BPL cards in my constituency.” A B Malakareddy said after that.

It is not known whether Malakareddy was showing displeasure regarding the minister’s answer or not. But the speaker took it that way and said “Talk to him bluntly so that he understands.”

Srinivas Prasad who got disturbed by this retaliated by saying. “I have replied properly to the question. I am sure the answer was fair on my part. Why do you say that he should talk to me bluntly? Are you right to say that?”

Kagodu Thimmappa who is never known for softer words did not argue. “I am sorry for my wrong observation and choice of words” said Kagodu Thimmappa. The apology, a rare gesture by the speaker, ended the episode.
