Mumbai, Jul 20 (India Today) : Nach Baliye 7 concluded on Sunday with a star-studded grand finale. The finale had a few good dance performances--Ajay Devgn, Gaurav Gera as Chutki, funny tasks, awards etc. But while Himmanshoo Malhotra and Amruta Khanvilkar took home the trophy, it was someone else who stole the limelight. No points for guessing-it was Chetan Bhagat, thanks to his dance performance.

Bhagat's performance was undoubtedly the highlight of the evening. It took a complete season for people to come to terms with him judging a dance show and then he sprung another surprise when he announced that he would be dancing on the finale.

And after watching his performance, we're sure it's going to take a supremely bad dance performance to erase the memory of what we witnessed last night. To be fair to him, it takes real courage to dance on national television when you are aware of your limited dancing capabilities. We appreciate his courage, knowing he has two left feet. At one point though, it seemed as if he was doing it deliberately, as if it was a ploy to win hearts. His performance was so bad that it was good. While watching him dance, your heart went out to him and his honesty, without giving a damn about the comments he was bound to received afterwards. But then, there's no one better at handling trolls than Bhagat, who gets trolled on Twitter for almost everything he says or tweets.

After his performance, the author was clever enough to convert this into an emotional and motivational session. He said he performed to overcome his fear of dancing. Well, Bhagat may have gotten over his fear of dancing but what about the audience?

There's one thing we're curious about: Will Prabhudheva and Remo D'Souza still say 'anybody can dance' after watching Bhagat's performance?
