Milan Luthria to make Shruti Haasan a star just like Vidya in Dirty Picture?

Mumbai, Jul 22: Reportedly, Shruti Haasan's next venture is directed by director Milan Luthria who had previously given the audiences the hit Vidya Balan starrer - Dirty Picture. It remains to be seen if he is able to create the same magic  and give Shruti a star actress status just like the one Vidya gained with her film.

Shruti has been cast opposite Singham actor Ajay Devgn, and the project is said to be titled Baadshaho. The movie is said to be the joint production venture of Bhushan Kumar and Milan. The story of the film is unknown and only the names of the lead pair have been revealed so far. The movie has apparently been slated for release in the next year and the makers have not decided on a month for it either. The screenplay has reportedly been written by Rajat Arora.

Ajay in the meantime has Dhrishyam all set for release soon. Dhrishyam,  is originally a Malayalam starrign Mohanlal and Meena. Ajay plays the same role as Mohanlal and the role of his wife is played by Shreya Saran. Shruti in the meantime is awaiting the release of her film - Welcome Back.
