Puttur: Musical CD on history, glory of eight pilgrim centers released

Puttur, Jul 23: A musical CD by Janma Creations titled 'Asta Kshetra Gana Vaibhava' in Kannada proclaiming the history and glory of eight religious places of worship was recently released by Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari Padmavibhooshana, Dr Veerendra Heggade in Dharmasthala.



The CD consisting of hymns will soon be available in America, Europe, Dubai, Singapore, Oman, Qatar and Abu Dhabi.

The hymns in the CD are sung by well known singers Puttur Narasimha Nayak and film background singer Surekha K S. The hymns are related to Kshetra Thirupathi, Polali, Shabarimale, Subrahmanya, Kollooru,
Kateel, Dharmastala and Sri Kshetra Puttur. Puttur's young lyricist Umesh Nayak has provided lyrics for the CD.

The CD created by Dr Harsha Kumar Rai Madavu will be available all over the world and through online stores Total Kannada, Amazon and Flipkart.

National award winner and Limca record holder Puttur Suresh Nayak, K M Mohan Rai Madavu, Brightway company director Manmohan Rai C K and others were present on the occasion.
