Udupi, Jul 26: A widow woman has lodged a police complaint against four of her brothers –in- law at Manipal police station.

Fathima Walter D’Souza is the complainant in the case. She has stated in the police complaint that her husband Walter D’Souza is no more and on April 4, 2014, before her husband died, her brothers-in-law allegedly made a fake will in the name of Walter D’Souza.

The brothers-in –law named in the complaint are- George D’Souza, Alphonse D’Souza, Henry D’Souza and Ambrose D’Souza, the four brothers of late Walter D’Souza.

Fathima has accused of brothers-in-law of preparing a will without Walter D’Souza’s knowledge and consent and faking his signature. Fathima says that the fake will was made with the intention of taking possession of house, vehicles , bank balance, jewellery, insurance and provident fund which were in the name of Walter D’Souza.

Fathima has also said that the will was produced as genuine one in front of the government officials for various purposes.
