Rahul Gandhi condemns Punjab terror attack


New Delhi, July 27 (IANS): Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Monday condemned the terror attack in Punjab's Gurdaspur district.

"Strongly condemn the terror attack in Gurdaspur. I hope the situation is brought under control at the earliest," Gandhi said in a tweet.

"My prayers are with families of those of who lost their lives in the attack," he said.

At least five people were killed when heavily-armed terrorists struck at Dinanagar town on Monday.
