Telangana CM condoles Kalam's death


Hyderabad, Jul 28 (IANS): Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has condoled the death of former president A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.

The chief minister, in his message, described Kalam's death as a great loss to India and said his ontributions as the president and earlier as the leading scientist brought pride to the nation.

The chief minister recalled that Kalam, popularly known as "Missile Man of India" led the research work in the defence establishments in Hyderabad.

He said Kalam, though an expert in missile development, was a great human being.
