Duck neck eating competition held in China


Beijing, Aug 4 (IANS): A duck neck eating competition was held in China's Hubei province, which attracted hundreds of people from across the country, the media reported on Tuesday.

The competition was held on Sunday in the provincial capital of Wuhan city, famous for its duck neck cuisine (Ya Bozi), the China Daily reported.

According to the contest rules, participants were asked to finish a 350g box of duck necks and leave no more than 150g of bones in the least amount of time possible.

The organiser provided over 1,000 boxes of duck necks.
