New Delhi, Aug 6 (IANS): It was a partly cloudy morning in the national capital on Thursday with the minimum temperature recorded at 29 degrees Celsius, the Met Office said.
"The sky will be generally cloudy. Rain and thunderstorms would occur in many areas," an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
The maximum temperature would hover around 34 degrees Celsius.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 91 percent.
The maximum temperature recorded on Wednesday was 35.1 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average and the minimum temperature was recorded at 25.5 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average.
