Kejriwal assures help to women entrepreneurs

New Delhi, Aug 6 (IANS): The Aam Aadmi Party government will "extend all possible assistance" to the city's emerging women entrepreneurs, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said here on Thursday.

At the launch of the Women Traders and Entrepreneurs Cell of AAP, Kejriwal said: "We will extend all possible help to encourage budding women entrepreneurs in the city. We will introduce new schemes as well as provide financial assistance to them."

Kejriwal sought inputs and opinions from the audience -- consisting mainly of the city's women entrepreneurs - on ways to ease the process of doing business in the city.

"If you recommend any amendments to the existing laws, we will consider them," he said.
