China, Britain to hold strategic dialogue


Beijing, Aug 7 (IANS): China and Britain will hold a strategic dialogue here on August 13, an official said on Friday.

Chinese State Councillor Yang Jiechi and British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond will co-chair the dialogue, Xinhua quoted China's foreign ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying as saying.

China and Britain launched their first high-level strategic dialogue in Beijing in 2010.
