Mangaluru: Bikes collide at Suratkal - One dead, another injured

Mangaluru, Aug 9: One person was killed and another seriously injured when two bikes collided head-on at Suratkal near here late night on Saturday August 8.

The deceased has been identified as Prateek (27), a resident of Krishnapura who was riding one of the bikes.

As per initial reports, Naveen, a resident of Krishnapura who was riding the other bike, was seriously injured and admitted to a private hospital.

Sources said that accident took place near MRPL when Prateek overtook another vehicle and rammed head-on into Naveen's bike.

Suratkal traffic police have registered a case.
