Mumbai: Birth anniversary of Gurudevananda Swamy celebrated

Mumbai, Aug 12: Gurudeva Seva Balaga, Vajramatha Mahila Vikasa Kendra Maharastra unit and devotees celebrated the birth anniversary of Gurudevananda Swamy at Swamy Nithyananda auditorium, Sion east on Saturday Aug 8.










In the programme led by Babu N Shetty, Sarojini Hiriyanna Shetty, Aikala Vishwanath V Shetty and couple, Sadhwi Matanandamayi conducted prayers and sang bhajans. Santhosh Bhandary of Odiyooru kshetra held poojas. Sukhesh Bhandary also took part in the bhajans.

Gurudeva Seva Balaga Maharastra unit president advocate Kadandale Parari Prakash L Shetty welcomed and delivered the keynote address.

Vice president Bolnaduguthu Chandrahasa Rai, treasurer Bhoja Shetty, joint secretaries Diwaker B Shetty and Damodar Shetty, members Vamayya Shetty, Gunapal Shetty, Sachin Shetty and Vajramatha women's unit executive president Revathi V Shetty, former president Suhasini Shetty, Bombay Bunts Association president Shama N Shetty, Ballary Suresh Shetty, Kadandale Suresh Bhandary, author B S Kurkal, Merkala Thampanna Shetty, P Dhananjaya Shetty, N T Kukyan, other elite people and hundreds of devotees were present.

Ramadas Kotian Asalfa troupe, Ganesh Ermal and troupe presented hymns. Prakash Shetty Petemane compered the programme and delivered the vote of thanks.
