Los Angeles, Aug 12 (IANS): Reality TV star Kim Kardashian West has slammed fake pregnancy rumours once and for all with a photograph of her bare baby bump.

She took a selfie in her birthday suit and uploaded it on photo-sharing website Instagram. She stood with one foot flat on the floor and another on tip toe to hide her private parts and covered her breasts with her hand, reports aceshowbiz.com.

"First they say I'm too skinny so I have to be faking it...Now they say I'm too big so I have to be faking it...SMH! Some days I'm photographed before I eat & look smaller, some days I've just eaten & I look bigger. It's all a part of the process. I think you all know me well enough to know I would document the process if I got a surrogate," she wrote in the post.

Kardashian said that everyone's body is "different" and she has learned to love her body "at every stage".

"I'm blessed to even be pregnant and even luckier to not have preeclampsia as far as I know, so I don't have the swelling issue this time! They also say your body carries a boy different than a girl! Whatever the case may be I'm grateful to god for this miracle and no matter what rumours or comments you throw my way this time they truly don't affect me! #NoFilter #NoPhotoShop #GoodLighting," she added.

She is expecting her second child with husband Kanye West.

Their first one, a daughter named North West, was born in June 2013.
