Mumbai, Aug 25: Ishaqzaade actress Parineeti Chopra whose last movie was Dawaat-e-ishq is said to be all set to set foot into the Telugu Film Industry with the remake of the Malyalam hit film Premam.

She will be playing the female lead in the movie and is said to paired with Nagarjuna's son Naga Chaitanya. The character being played by Naga Chaitanya is the male lead who was named George in Premam. The story is a coming of age romantic drama and tells the story of George from the time he was in college to the time he is a older and running his own cafe.

The younger George falls in love with three different women, eventually marrying the third much younger woman. He loses his first two loves two other men, but instead of getting into fights or going crazy he grows up and shows enough maturity to move on in life. Produced by Anwar Rasheed Entertainment, the Malayalam movie was directed by Alphonse Putharen.

Parineeti seems to be poised to take on another language movie industry as Premam has done well enough and could make enough money if remade within the near future. Despite many other directors and producers trying to get her on board thus far, it is only now that Parineeti has given the nod for a movie down south.
