Kundapur, Aug 28: People stopped a Tata Ace vehicle carrying two cows and a calf near Moodlakatte MIT college on Thursday August 27 night.
Mukhtar Ali Saheb, a resident of Kavrady was transporting the cattle which he bought from Appu Sherigar from Neramballi for a consideration of Rs 73,000. Some people spotted the cattle in Tata Ace vehicle at Koni and managed to stop the vehicle at Moodlakatte and informed the police.
Receipt for the purchase of cattle
When Ali Saheb produced the receipt for the purchase of the cattle, People alleged that he was carrying the cattle to a slaughter house. They said there was no permission from any panchayat to carry the cattle.
The police, who intervened, took the cattle into possession and sent them to Goshala. They said the cattle will be released once Saheb brings the permission from the panchayat. Hence the police closed the matter for the time being.
It is really funny.Dozens of mean mentality people comments here blindly. Just read the manual hand written receipt.First written 73,000 ke padedirutheney, cancelled & wrote Kottiruttheney.Once again last line, padedirutheney. (forgot to change the word.)That means, this receipt it self a bogus receipt prepared by the cattle transporter. I am sure it is not from the seller or the owner of the cattle.Even they can right their own friend's cell number to fool.Whats going on.
For transportation of the cattle they have to obtain permission or clearance from the Panchayat office.What about if these cattle are to be slaughtered? Any clearance from police or the government?Beef effect is brining inconvenience to Traffickers, meat eaters and the police. What could be the best solution.?

Interestingly, the goshalas police send the cattle are run by BD anyway. BD goons may be jobless but they have a good source of income here. Their main business now is to ensure cattle is sent to their goshalas with the help of the police, and earn money out of it. The modus operandi is simple - brutally assault and humiliate anybody seen with cattle calling it illegal, then get the police to transfer the cattle to their goshala - lakhs worth of cows and buffaloes all for free. BD goons can get cows and buffaloes for free, the police can earn their commission, while the poor owner spends years in courts trying to show proof of ownership by which time BD would have either earned from the mil or sold it to another person

There is a lengthy procedure for carrying cattle and it has to issued by the VA and then copy should be sen to the police station.Now please remember that,same apply to Kambala Buffalo too.And nobody get the permission because they belongs to a higher class and they are above the law.

Dear Krishna, please note, both your points have relation to BD/sangh parvar goondas. 99.9 percent of cow stealing is done by these goondas and they are they one who sell it. Regarding misbehaving with girls, check with BD goondas. Teach them how to respect ladies. Give all cattles a number..and it's own computer identity. If anyone is missing will comes to know immediately by tracking thru GPS system.
