I really don't understand why if the teacher's effort to improve the school infrastructure, compound wall drinking water kitchen as a key factor to a best teacher? Teacher should be some one always pro teaching and behind over all developments of students. If a teacher gets busy on fund raising then he will not have time for teaching. Such teachers should be awarded as a best administrators rather than best teacher.

Many good teachers prefer not to get these awards because they have to personally furnish so many details and proofs and documents, apart from using 'influence'.... it is all so very humiliating... I wish there were an independent panel to survey and find good teachers!
Anyway, congrats to these three gentlemen.
