Beltangady, Sep 9: "Keep aside some part of your earnings for social service. Doing so not only brings peace of mind but also makes us humble. Giving your time is the best way to contribute to a cause. Do your work with honesty and keep a clear conscience. Never do a wrong deed. We must never hoard illegal wealth," advised Delhi chief minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal.

Kejriwal was speaking after presenting degree certificates to the students of Ujire Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheswara College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences at its convocation ceremony at Dharmasthala here on Wednesday September 9.

"You must bravely face the many problems and challenges that life throws in your way. Be brave and confident, and serve the sick with humanity. As ambassadors of naturopathy, you should create awareness about nature cure in society," he told the students.

"Right from childhood, I have been drawn to yoga and naturopathy and recently I underwent treatment at Bengaluru's Jindal Naturopathy Centre and got completely cured. I am happy about it," Kejriwal added.

"Due to our hectic lives and modern lifestyle and food habits, we are prone to several diseases," he noted.

"All types of treatments like allopathy, homeopathy, naturopathy, ayurveda and yoga should be available under one roof. Each of these branches has its own system of treatment. I urged Dr Veerendra Heggade to start such centres all over the world," he said.

"Medical science has seen many changes. But all types of treatments are not yet available under a single roof. Ordinary people should be able to get all the facilities at the same place. Dharmadhikari Dr Veerendra Heggade should consider this proposal. Delhi government is ready to cooperate in this matter," Kejriwal added.

"Health is very important to every human being. One should not lose health due to wrong lifestyle. When students step into professional life, many bad habits are likely to affect them. But they should not sell their souls by becoming prey to the vices and corruption. Have discipline in life," Kejriwal concluded.

Health minister U T Khadar who was the chief guest said, "All facilities to help patients will be started in government hospitals. The students when they become doctors should adopt emotional relationships and spiritual bonds in addition to their intelligence."

Dr Veerendra Heggade who presided over the programme said, "Making all types of treatments available under a single roof is a noble idea. We will start one such centre in Delhi soon, and I urged the chief minister to give his full support.

"Today the treatment is not according to disease, but according to the system, which is wrong. There is a need for experts with knowledge of different branches of medicine to advice on treatments. Naturopathy controls the disease and increases the health. There should be awareness on prevention. Health department can bring down its outlay by the introduction of naturopathy," he added.

Hostel for the students of the college was inaugurated by Kejriwal. The people who were responsible for the building of the hostel were honoured. Prof S Prabhakar the vice president of SDM educational institutes, secretary D Harshendra Kumar, Dr B Yashovarma, Dr Prashanth Shetty the principal of the college, Seetharam Tholpadithaya and parents of students were present during the occasion. Dr B Yashovarma welcomed and Dr Shivaprasad Shetty proposed the vote of thanks.

Prior to the convocation, Kejriwal who participated in AAP district-level party meeting said, "Better strategy is needed to fight the battle with bigger parties in Punjab elections. With proper plan and hard work victory is possible. Lokpal Bill will be presented in the next cabinet meeting. We are trying to get statehood for Delhi, but the centre is not giving its consent."

Earlier in the day, Kejriwal visited Shree Manjunatha Swamy Temple at Dharmasthala and sought divine blessings.

I know Mr. Robert Rego very well for a long time. He is always ready to raise voice and help the needy and helpless people especially in our parish and now through this comment I have come to know him even better. He is good man.

But Mr. Kejri is unique. He is a perfect example that even a ruthlessly honest person can also exist, succeed and work for people in today's totally dirty politics. With almost all the politically corrupt bigwigs around and opposing him, it is indeed difficult to carry on. But the luck has been on his side so far. Wishing AK the same good tide and blessings in the future too.

Honorable chief minister of Delhi, Shri Kejriwalji Bajpe , Dakishana Kannada me aap ka Swagath hai. I was there to receive him at Bajpe airport on 8th at 8 p.m. Happy to note he made it to Bajpe/Mangalore. His dress, simplicity speaks volumes. His main motto and vision is fight against corruption. And that is the need of the hour, Yes it so filthy and so strong, it can not be eradicated within a short time. It will take time and men of good heart and mind will rally round to support this cause. Common man for that matter all the patriotic Indians are fed up with this malice. But somebody has to make a beginning and we have Shri Aravind Kejriwal to lead us. Being worked with Mother Theresa he knows the pain of suffering and the value of compassion. Speaking his mind at Dharmastala he said, give your some time and little money for Social Service. 50 years ago I read a book by Dr Arty Pereira Success in 30 days which influenced me to take up social service and community service and the joy I derived and the health it sustained is tremendous. Many a times we speak about USA and say what a wonderful country, but we fail to understand that social service, community service is a part of the curriculum! Almost a year ago our Prime Minister asked all Indians to give 100 hours per year to the nation ,honestly how many of us give our time for our country. That reminds me today manual work has no place in today's majority Indians itinerary. I came back from Abu Dhabi in 2009 after serving there for 30 years and actively involved in my community and Bajpe surrounding. Also served as the Gurkar for 5 years and an active Rotarian serving two terms as President of Rotary Club Bajpe. Also instrumental in building a Rotary Bhavana on Kateel/Bajpe road and happy to say 48 marginalized ladies are taking free tailoring classes for the last two month with the support of Samanvaya Trust. I have noted the apathy of our people and the vitriolic comments they make. Long Live AAP.

Mr. Kejriwal is doing better work than Mr. Modi. It is a fact. I have some friends from Delhi who did not support Kejriwal during assembly election but now they give full support to AAP. They were with BJP before. They say that Kejriwal is far better than Modi. Modi is controlled by a remote control (RSS) where as Kejriwal is listening to the people. This is the difference. Let us all wait and see. Jai Hind.

Unlike Modi's way of speech AK spoke what was apt for the occasion without mixing politics and instigating divisions. On the other if Modi was invited to this occasion he would have started with his election style speech with his typical tone and hand gestures and attacking all his political opponents with his street language and in between he would have added some old heroic personalities like Swamy Vivekananda and Bhagat Singh just to add flavor to his presence and inspire youth to his advantage without even knowing what those great personalities life was. This is RSS way of ruling the country.

Mr.Modi doesn't have any economic agenda, but only to keep his royalty running smooth.

The economic predictions of Mr. Modi and his close associates are simply soothsaying, but far away from reality.

His Finance Minister makes prediction of 8-10% GDP, but based on the trend of the world economy, if India can have 7% GDP, it will be a miracle. Mr. Modi once said that the GDP of India would be 20 trillion dollars in 10 years. Another soothsayer, the Economic advisor said that the Indian economy would be doubling to 4 trillion in three years. What he has done so far for the well being of the poor and middle class, nothing and will do nothing. He is like another Nero " fiddling while Rome was burning".

He has selected to run the country with different departments like Smriti Z. Irani with an high school diploma as the cabinet Minister.

What you say is correct, never hoard illegal wealth.
But what about hoarding of Onion and other food items and creating artificial scarcity and raising the price by your own caste people from Rajasthan in other parts of India ? Recently it has been disclosed that onion price rose so sharply this year inspite of normal onion crop, because of Agri-product Mafias of Rajasthanis purchased Onion at Rs.10 per KG from the farmers in Maharashtra and hoarded it and created artificial scarcity of Onion and raised the price to Rs. 80/- per kg! Ironically those castes who do not eat onion are only doing wholesale onion business!

Simply look at the dress of Mr. Arvind Kejriwal who is a practical person of simplicity.

When the RSS chief was throwing mud at Mother Teresa blaming her that her self-less service to the downtrodden people of the society was for conversion, Chief Minister Kejriwal told him, leave her alone. He has worked with mother Teresa, which shows his compassion for the poor.

He is giving some very great spiritual and medical lessons for us to follow. The world will title us "accomplished and successful" by the display of our tangible wealth, but in reality, most of the displaying stars are very miserable in life.

Those people who are concerned with the hurting world and sharing certain percentage of their wealth-time-talent or anything they can share with, they all have a good night sleep and can smile to themselves and to the world. The world-wide economic crash will be teaching the millions of rich people that cardinal lesson of life.

I do remember those fun days when the Hindus and Christians were living in love and happiness in our small village, but we can now see some jobless wandering people holding baton like law keepers to create problems in the society through injecting religious hatred in between those people who lived in love and peace.

When India got independence, Gandhiji expressed a very solid instruction to dissolve the National Congress party which was only to fight for the independence of India from Britain.

But, the Congress party leaders didn't like that idea so they used the old name and most of the party leaders got too wealthy, thus the show was going on. The BJP is far worse than the Congress party through the added strains upon the electorate of India through the suppression of personal liberties as well as the imposition of their vested religious interests.

So, the final outcome must be to spread the political revolution which was started in New Delhi all over India.

    1. Promised to be simple like a common man., occupied twin villas of 10 rooms when he become CM for the first time.

    2. Preaching fighting against corruption & black money, just to occupy CM chair joined hand with No.1 corrupt party Congress, finally they ditched him by showing their true colour.

    3. Promised to stop Red light VIP vehicles, he himself used Red Light luxury vehicles

    4. Promised he will always be like a common man & traveled by Train during election time, later Traveling by business class tickets in flight. Why can't he travel by economy class tickets to keep his promises?

    5. Promised to provide free electricity , did he provided ??

    6. Promised to keep away from Corrupt & Criminals, main leaders of his party including Minister have criminal cases against them.

    7. Preached not to misuse common mans tax money, but budgeted 200 crores for Advertisement.

    8. Preached not to spend for election banners, everyone knows how large posters of himself everywhere in Delhi.

Many many more you can specify.

Me myself was a supporter of AAP party before he grabbed CM's chair for the first time. I contributed for AAP party but he & his Party leaders disappointed us.

It appears people of Delhi are happy and cool with his administration it is right indication whatever he has promised before the election he has fulfilled. Since Delhi is the capital of India VVIP persons all over the world and all our party's political head are stationed so one cannot fool them.

He is the CM for only Delhi therefore he is totally depend on Government of Center and central government is not co-operating with him instead keeping the hurdles since the day he was appointed as CM that is the daily report. Harassing the the elected Govt., of a particular state it is equivalent to harassing its public. Is it the principles of the democracy?

He is the man blessed with Talent, GUTS who has openly pointed out the corrupt administration by disclosing the names of people involved by risking his own life. Do you think he is taking such risk for his own benefit?
We Indians so far experienced that the partys which administered and lost in elections in any state/Center will leave everything blank/hollow including funds to make cripple to whatever new party comes in power because of our corrupt administration and practices.

Above all AAP has won the highest majority for the second time despite of all false propaganda against Mr Kejriwal before the elections by his own party men who are the very influential people of Delhi. Do you think the public of Delhi are so stupid to elect him without regards/hope on his governance.? Being a talented politician he is educated to know if he does not win the heart of the people of Delhi then there are no chances for his party in next term any where in the country!

Finally one cannot expect to fulfill all his promises within couple of months without the support of Central Govt! Huge country like India world's largest democracy and 2nd highly populated which divided with many states, languages and culture and in majority ILLITERACY is our main draw back.! Let's wait and watch. World is not going to end tomorrow! That's it.

I expected this cheap reply from you by depending the culprit.

For Delhi locals complaints please read local news papers of Delhi & Indian media, not Ireland local news papers.

    Improve your GK.

When the person don't keep word & follow his main principles then he is not a trustworthy person.

Once settled in Politics, he will also tune to the same track.

Mr. Anna Hazare himself told this.
