Bhubaneshwar, Jul 3: Here is yet another IT prodigy who has developed a social networking website, which could match the popular orkut.com of Google, despite not owning a personal computer.
Twenty-three-year-old engineering graduate Sarathi Sabyasachi Sahu from Orissa claims his website www.fusfus.com has user feedback facility, which is not available in any other similar sites, besides voice note, magic note and secret note.
"My website has many unique features which are not available in other websites of similar category. I developed the website within a span of only two months," the young graduate told mediapersons here.
When asked to specify what is special in fusfus.com, the young man has a readymade reply. "No one can use slang against anyone through this website and such terms would appear as asterisk. Therefore, women users can safely surf the site sans hesitation," he said.
Admitting that he was influenced by the Orkut website, Sahu said he had added new features which ensured full privacy, display of emotion and mechanism to block abusive words. "My website is one hundred per cent user-friendly," he claimed.
Sahu who hails from backward Boudh district even does not have a computer of his own. "I used to develop the website and other related works in a cyber cafe located close to my hostel. I work through the entire night when there is no customer at the cybercafe," he said adding that he developed the website single-handedly.
Ruling the fact that he does not have a PC, Sahu pointed out "one need to posses a computer to do all such work."
