83 killed in MP blasts: Official


Jhabua (Madhya Pradesh), Sep 12 (IANS): As many as 83 people were killed in the two blasts that rocked Jhabua in Madhya Pradesh on Saturday, a police official said.

"Eighty three people are dead. Sixty postmortem examinations have been carried out so far and doctors are carrying out the postmortems of the remaining bodies," Inspector M.L. Gaur of the Jhabua police control room told IANS.

An LPG cylinder burst at a tea stall, following which a massive explosion took place in an adjoining building on Saturday morning.
