Mumbai, Oct 1 (IANS): American EDM artist Deoro, Canadian electro music duo Zeds Dead and English electronic music duo Disclosure will up the ante of the third edition of Vh1 Supersonic, to be held in Goa from December 27-30.

The event from LIVE Viacom18, will enthrall music fans with music and dance against the backdrops of sand, surf and fun.

Commonly known by his stage name Deorro, Erick Orrosquieta, is a Mexican American DJ who used to go by his former name of TON!C. Zeds Dead, on the other hand, is a Canadian electronic music duo from Toronto, composed of Dylan Mamid, or DC, and Zach Rapp-Rovan, or Hooks.

Disclosure is an English electronic music duo, consisting of brothers Howard and Guy Lawrence whose debut album "Settle" was nominated for Best Dance/Electronica Album at the 2014 Grammy Awards.

The stage of UKF and Arm House at the event, will this year, satiate the yearnings of drums and base followers.

Upping the excitement, this year the festival is also partnering with The Awakening - 'the techno organisation from Holland’. Considered as one of the best ‘Techno festivals’ in the world, this year they will be seen curating the techno stage at Vh1 Supersonic Goa fest.

The organisers are excited about the line-up and bigger plans this year.

“The 3rd edition of this festival with its exciting line-up of artists and association with the global music fraternity will be an experience that fans will remember for a long time to come," Jaideep Singh, senior vice president and business head - LIVE Viacom18, said in a statement.

In 2014, approximately 100,000 dance music fans are said to have surrendered to the enigma of dance music at Goa's Candolim beach.
