Mumbai: Balkunjeguthu Gopala M Shetty passes away

Mumbai, Oct 8: Vidyavihar west Kalai village resident, Ambika Adinatheshwara Mahaganapathi temple trustee, Balkunjeguthu Gopala M Shetty (78) passed away at a private hospital on October 7 after a cardiac arrest.

Besides being a hotelier, a religious and social thinker he worked as an arts supporter behind the scene.

He has left behind his wife, two sons, one daughter and large number of friends and relatives.

His mortal remains were brought by flight to Balkunjeguthu, his home town in the morning of October 8. The last rites are scheduled to be held in the evening.
