Auraa Cinemas acquires 'Uppu Karuvadu'


Chennai, Oct 10 (IANS): Auraa Cinemas, one of the leading south Indian distribution companies, has acquired the theatrical rights of filmmaker Radha Mohan's upcoming Tamil comedy "Uppu Karuvadu".

I had been a great fan of Director Radha Mohan and it is indeed a great moment for my company to be associated with this project. I will rank 'Uppu Karuvadu' as the cleanest entertainer that will go a long way to be loved by the family audience," Mahesh Govindraj, CEO of Auraa Cinemas, said in a statement.

The audio of the film will be unveiled on Sunday and the makers are planning to release the film soon.

Starring Karunakaran and Nandita, the film is produced by First Copy Pictures and Night Show Cinemas.
