Bahrain: Mangalorean Waiter Ashok Pojari Found Hanging in Hotel

Manama, Jul 26: An Indian expatriate was found hanging at his apartment in Gudaibiya on Wednesday.
Ashok Poojari, 27, who worked as a waiter in Windsor Tower Hotel, had locked the door and hung himself from the ceiling fan with a bed sheet, said sources.
Hoora Police Station officials were said to have been questioning his brother Narayan Poojari, who also works in Bahrain, colleagues, roommates and hotel officials.
The hotel management said that it was prepared to make all arrangements to repatriate Poojari's body back home to Mangalore, Karnataka, India.
