Udupi: PFI stages protest against fanaticism

Udupi, Oct 18: Udupi People Front of India (PFI) district unit members staged a protest in front of clock tower here on Saturday October 17 demanding their rights against fanatics.










Malpe SDPI General Secretary Abdul Rehman addressing the protestors said " Fanatics in this country are not ready to accept Indian constitution. They are disturbing the peace of the nation. Every citizen has the right to practice any religion. The activists are assembled here to protest against ant-social powers. The fanatical powers are taking away their food right and freedom of expression,"

"We can achieve anything through true patriotism. The constitution should be implemented fully and adequately, only then people can get their fundamental rights."  Abdul Rahman added.

PFI district president Fajhil Ahmed, general secretary Alam Brahmavar, SDPI district president Sadiq Abu Haji, president Kaup block Hanif Muloor and others were present.
