Udupi, Oct 23: World famous jeweler Joyalukkas opened its new showroom at Badagupete in temple town Udupi here on Friday October 23.
Udupi MLA Pramod Madhwaraj inaugurated the showroom by lighting the lamp.
In his address Madhwaraj said "It is a good opportunity for gold lovers to have an exclusive collection. He hope that World‘s favourite jeweler will give the best service to the Udupi residents."
Chairman and managing director of the Joyalukkas, Joy Alukkas said "We are very pleased that our goals to expand rapidly across India and the GCC are coming to fruition according to schedule. It is our first showroom in Udupi, proving that there is quite a demand for the unique Joyalukkas experience. I personally thank each and every customer for the support and encouragement offered to us in the last 28 years. This is 56th branch in India. We are going to launch four new showrooms this week alone.”
Vasanth Kamath from Udupi was the first buyer and Jason Dias of Mandavi builders was the second buyer.
Dr Jerry Vincent Dias the president of builders’ association Udupi, Manohar Shetty the managing director of Radha group of concerns, Industrialist Purushothama Shetty, president city municipality council Yuvaraj, former MLA Raghupati Bhat, Manager Suresh K, assistant manager Mayaprasad and others were present.
