Kuwait: Agnesian Alumnae to celebrate decennial with Tenacity on Nov 20

Kuwait, Oct 28: Celebrating a decade since its inception, the Agnesian Alumnae Kuwait (AAK) will present 'Tenacity' on November 20 (Friday) at the Hemily Theatre, Jabriya Dental Association auditorium from 5.30 pm onwards.

Over the past years the Alumnae has been able to accomplish its mission of financially supporting deserving students at St Agnes College, Mangaluru through a variety of events including stage programmes, sporting events, food festivals, dance and handicraft workshops and also Christmas events.

In support of the noble mission of the Alumnae and to celebrate the occasion, AAK extends a warm invitation to all ex-Agnesians in Kuwait together with their families, friends and well-wishers to a fun filled evening comprising of an entertaining stage programme, music and attractive prizes for the audience.

The event will be an extravagant show of unique display of talent and entertainment, with an ambience of tranquility, love, eternity, fantasy, destiny, freedom, melody, smiles, passion and family.

For the first time in Kuwait, Prajoth D’Sa, a professional and talented new generation musician all the way from Karnataka, India will perform live.

Prajoth D''sa, hails from Udupi in Karnataka. A software engineer by profession and a singer by passion, Prajoth has let out waves with his amazing vocals and scintillating performances. His originals include "Aa Paas Aa", "Vaada Karo" in collaboration with the talented composer Adil Nadaf from Bengaluru, "Rang Do" in collaboration with the talented Vanil Veigas which is composed by the Grammy 2015 Winner Ricky Kej from Bengaluru and more.

He is the first person in Karnataka to record an Acapella, a form of music without using instruments. He has recorded 5 Acapella songs till date which consist of 3 Bollywood covers and 2 Konkani originals. He has been a part of over 20 live shows/concerts and over 100 studio recordings which include regional music albums (Konkani/Kannada/Hindi/Tulu), movies, dramas, jingles, voice-overs etc. Prajoth has been singing jingles for many popular brands, campaigns, radio channels and more.

In addition, the evening also has in store scintillating performances by leading dance academies in Kuwait - Ballerines, D’llusions, Edore, Jhankar Dance Academy, AAK members'' kids band, spot prizes together with loads of surprises.
