Los Angeles, Oct 29 (IANS): Designer Nicole Richie is hosting an inspirational conference as part of her event series titled Pearl xChange in November, with an intent of "inspiring insights and meaningful conversations".

In a video shared on Oprah.com, the 34-year-old designer says the conference is for women of all ages and will cover everything from living and science to fear and building one's career, reports people.com.

"I've spoken to some younger women. Women in their twenties that want to come to the conference. I've spoken to women in their forties and fifties that want to come too...Because we are all in the process of building our lives, creating our lives," Richie said.

The conference will feature six different guest speakers, with specialties in different topics; including women in finance, spirituality and confidence, among other things.

Richie's debut conference, which will be held on November 8 here, also promises a guest appearance from actress Gwyneth Paltrow who will cover health and wellness, beauty, and home.
