Bantwal, Aug 6: It is strongly believed in all the religions that constructing shrines is the best way to honor the deity. So construction of every temple, mosque or church has significant meaning to convey to the society even. Monday August 6 was a festive day to Muslimslive who in and around Kaniyoor near Vittal, for they witnessed the inaugural ceremony of Hamzattul Karrar Jumma Masjid.

The day began with flag hoisting by Janab KK Abdul Faizee in the leadership of Assayed Attavulla Tangal of Udyavara. The renovated building of Madrasa was inaugurated by Sayyed K S Ali Tangal of Kumbol.   

In the inaugural address Assayed Alhaj Mohammad Ali Shihab Tangal Panakkad said that India is the land of many religions. Hence every one in the country should develop religious tolerance towards other religions and live happily. All the Muslims should cooperate to create conducive atmosphere where the communal harmony reaches its height.

He also gave a call to Muslims to do the best possible way for the overall development of Mosques as they are the most sacred places for the worship of Allah on this earth.

Shaikhuna Al Hajj MT Abdul Musliar, principal of Jamia Yamania Arabic College, Shaikhuna Al Hajj KP Abdul Jabbar Musliar, and deputy Khaji of Mangalore were present in the inaugural ceremony.

A conference was held in the afternoon. The afternoon was the time to listen to the golden words from the persons who have been destined to lead the community in the way decided by Allah.  The religious heads were introduced and welcomed by Al Haj KK Suleiman Faizee of Kanyana.

The conference was inaugurated by Rashid Bin Jasim Bu Hal Hamam UAE, chaired by Assayed Ahmad Pookoya Tangal Bakhavi of Mudarris Madannur, and the keynote address was delivered by Bahu Kicheri Abdul Gafur Maulvi Khatib of Town Jumma Masjid Kanhagad.

The speech of the day was also delivered by Bahu Assayed Zainul Abadeen Tangal Kunnangai Khazi Mudigere.

The chief guests were Bahu Assayed Shamirali Shihab Tangal Panakkad, Bahu Assayed Munavvarali Shihab Tangal Panakkad, Kasargod MLA Al Hajj CT Ahmad and former MLA Cherkallam Abdulla were also present on the occasion.
