London, Oct 30 (IANS): Actor Stephen Moyer, who played the role of vampire Bill Compton in the HBO series “True Blood”, says he enjoyed filming sex scenes for the show.

Although most actors deny that they enjoy the intimate sex scenes while shooting since there are a lot of eyes on them when they're at it, the 46-year-old actor shared that he instead liked doing the sex scenes in the series, which also featured his wife Anna Paquin, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"You're not supposed to say that you enjoy doing sex scenes, you're supposed to say, 'Oh it's really difficult, you know, with the lighting and the cameramen and the boom operators are all watching', but I never had that. I just like doing them,” Moyer said on TV show “Watch What Happens Live”, which is hosted by former Bravo programming executive Andy Cohen.

Moyer and Paquin got married in 2010 while filming for the series, which is based on “The Southern Vampire Mysteries” series of novels by Charlaine Harris, detailing the co-existence of vampires and humans in Bon Temps, a fictional small town in northwestern Louisiana.
