Bantwal, Nov 15: A person who posted an indecent morphed photo of Sadhvi Balika Saraswati in the social media was arrested and produced in court by Bantwal police on Saturday, November 14.

Mohammed Naufal (26) from Nandavara in Bantwal taluk is the person arrested and produced in court. The arrest was made at Hyderabad airport by Bantwal police on Friday, November 13.

As per details, Mohammed Naufal works in Dubai. He allegedly pasted Sadhvi Balika Saraswati's face to an indecent nude body of a woman and posted in the social media with indecent caption and description. The doctored photo had reached many people through internet as well as mobile phones. Pradeep from Ajjibettu who had seen the photo had complained to the Bantwal police on February 6 this year and the police had registered a case under relevant information technology act.

The police who had a tip off that the accused would arrive in Hyderabad from Dubai made arrangements to arrest him at the immigration counter on Friday. After the arrest the police brought him to Bantwal and produced him in Bantwal court on the next day. The accused has been sent to judicial custody.

Need to check out whether this creature escaped from the mental hospital in Dubai even he flied Hyderabad instead of Mangalure.

No way he should get bail but jail only until he eat sheera.Imagine his family/parents how they were eagerly looking for his arrival after long time but this thug filled their eyes with tears!

- pl keep it aside, AND RESPECT ANY WOMAN/LADY like how we respect our Mother or sister. Morality and civic sense should be maintained while doing such things in social media. Parents/Elders should guide young one at home not to do such things. This is good for our society too. Creating tension with hosting such photos/scripts should be banned in social media.

Our law has very long reach & they capture alleged criminals very efficiently, but when it comes to tracking or arresting murder accused & framing charges with fool proof evidence they fail, without which our courts let them out for lack of evidence.
These petty things are taken seriously & are highly publicized to get accolades. Hope this efficiency will come into all other crimes taking place which are far more grievous & against society too are taken care off.

Its very strange news, Man from Bantwal, arrested in Hyderabad airport coming from Dubai?? is he forget Kudla airport? or he was aware of his fun was multiplied into Crime???. Very Important thing to keep in mind, that Face book is accepting virus links and distributes with all user friends, their friends and Friends of friends. We have been hearing the news of arrests,handing over the culprits to police and then to judicial custody for investigation.But after that nobody knows what happened next until the culprit is being released on bail.That is the judicial system of our country.No fear of police,judicial system etc.Anybody can do any thing at any given time.They know that nothing will happen to them.Once the law of the country is tightened,no such unwanted activities will occur.In our all the departments such as Judicial,police,government etc etc are weak.Then why to fear.
