Udupi: Prize winners at Chitradurga state level badminton tournament

Udupi, Nov 18: At the state level badminton tournament organized by Chitradurrga Badminton Association held at Chitradurga Shamanth Rao bagged the 2nd place in the under 17 boys singles and mens doubles and Glancia Pinto bagged the 2nd place in girls singles and 3rd place in girls doubles. Both represented St Mary’s English Medium School, Kannarpady.






Prizes in Rajiv Gandhi Khel Abhiyaana state lLevel badminton
Shamanth Rao, Glancia Pinto and Neha Harish of St Mary’s English School Kannarpady representing Udupi team won the 1st place and have qualified for the next level at the state level Rajiv Gandhi Khel Abhiyaan organized by the department of youth empowerment and aports held at Ajjarkad.

Prizes in Golden shuttle Mangaluru’s district level competition
The students of St Mary’s English Medium School, Kannarpady won many prizes at Udupi-Mangaluru district level Shuttle badminton competition organized by Golden Shuttle Mangaluru. Glancia Pinto bagged 1st prize and Neha Harish bagged 2nd prize in under 19 girls singles, Shamanth Rao bagged 2nd prize in boys singles team. Glancia Pinto and Neha Harish bagged the 2nd prize in girls doubles. Prashasth K bagged 1st place in under 10 boys doubles and singles.
