Mangaluru, Nov 26: 'Ventura' luxury apartments, a project by Rohan Corporation and Global Star Realters Pvt Ltd was inaugurated by Rajya Sabha MP and former union minister Oscar Fernandes at Bejai here on Thursday November 26.
Fr Santhosh Kamath along with Fr Wilson, parish priest of Bejai Church invoked god’s blessings.
Addressing the gathering, Oscar Fernendes said, "I am happy to inform you that this is the 19th completed project by Rohan Corporation, on which I congratulate the company. I am happy that under CREDAI the builders' guild is shaping the development of the city. Mangaluru is identified as one of the fastest growing cities in the country. In the coming days it is our vision to provide all facilities to the residents of this city. At a time when most people wish to come to the city, Rohan Monteiro is planning to spread his business in the rural areas. By this there will be uniform development throughout the district, and rural areas will also get all the facilities. THe whole district will see all-round development. I congratulate and wish all happiness to all the residents of the new apartments."
