He was speaking after lighting traditional lamp and inaugurating Kannada Rajyotsava and Kasargod district Kannada anniversary programme recently.
Social leader M P Ramappa Manjeshwara, Karavali cultural forum president Shivarama Kasargod, Karnataka Janapada Parishat Kerala border unit Vice president Professor A Srinatha Kasargod, Spandana literary and cultural forum Madhooru president B Balakrishna Aggithaya spoke about Kannada, Tulu language and the land.
