Do not listen to rumours on transfer, no protest- S P Annamalai

Daijiworld Media Network-Udupi (RJP)

Udupi, Dec 15: Superintendent of police (SP) Annamalai has responded openly after the news appeared in the media few days back that he would be transferred soon.

S P Annamalai who spoke through a communication from the district police department said that ‘Transfers are done as per the direction from the government. Nobody should listen to rumours on the transfer. I request the people not to resort to any type of protest .’

It is now obvious that S P Annamalai could have felt that the people of the area would protest if his transfer order came. Extremely popular police officer S P Annamalai is known for honesty, efficiency and no-nonsense approach. Rumours were doing rounds during the last weekend that he would be transferred soon due to the influence of anti-social elements.

Meanwhile there are reports that some organisations have already planned silent protests to stop the transfer of the popular police officer. The transfer is believed to be in the 'planning stage.'

I really don’t understand what is the problem with our people if the state or central government wants to transfer any government staff or promote sack why common people want to get involved don they have enough family problem then indulging in governments day to day activity why not contest election and be a part of the government this are the same unemployed people who got nothing to do and don’t want to do any work but blame government for everything I strictly instruct those people to stop this nautanki and do some constructive work and this is my order

I have clearly told in my comment before that it was a rumour..People should not believe news appearing ONLY in facebook or whatsapp..Some people have habit of spreading rumour..

I think you must be knowing that some anti social people sent some message in whatsapp that North East people would be attacked and killed..After hearing this news thousands of North East people left Bangalore in a hurry..So,unless news appears in News Papers or TV channels, please consider it as a Fake News only.
