The victim, a student of Srinivasa College at Mukka, had advertised in an online site, about the availability of cellphone worth Rs 32,000 for sale. The accused had responded to this advertisement, got in contact with the student over cellphone, invited him to a spot in the outskirts of the city, abducted him on his arrival, and let him go after robbing him of his cellphone and other belongings, it is said. This gang might have thought that Police are not matured to catch such crimes. This shows lack of moral values, fear of God among the youngsters. Let them face the consequences and no one should support them. Bribing Rs.700/- can lead to imprisonment, this people should be send at least for 2-3 years including repayment of all the loots depends on the quantum.
Govt. should create jobs to youngsters is the need of the hour.

Notorious criminals and just 19 years old. Media should also publish names of parents and which college they belong to etc. It is not enough to publish just the names. When parents and education institutions to fail to discharge their responsibility, such incidents increase in the society.

Even without inserting a simcard When the phone is switched on the IMEI number is latched on to the nearest tower and the handset location can be traced .using a phone which is stolen is a thing of the past how can someone be so foolish to rob and getaway . Glad the looters were stupid and happy that they were arrested for the crime.

Let there be severe punishment as per the law and no innocent is attacked, harmed in the future like this..

but I pity those people shouting for beheading these criminals.. guys we are not in the stone age countries... we have law of the land. it may take time, but it will be delivered.. don't try to glorify beheading and such wicked acts here... it may fit isis kind of people, not for Indians.

You are pointing finger on one particular community here as if they are the one who are into crimes and rest other community members are innocent they don't know what is crime.

By the way FYI, dozens of children were produced not only in Muslim community but also in other Religion throughout India. Only now the trend is stopped and the recent family posses hardly 3 kids due to change in food habitat, education, environment, health hazard etc.

No civilized society will tolerate any crimes no matter of which ever Religion they belongs to. Every country has their own Law to deal with criminals and wrong doers.

Regarding your education comment, if you talk only about worldly education to gain money by either hook or crook, then I hope you are witnessing these days smart educated guys into various innovative crimes. So here education what you are talking off alone doesn't stop one from committing sins or crimes, the one if anything could stop sin or crime is FEAR & LOVE OF GOD, which in turn is the KNOWLEDGE & MORAL ETHICS of RELIGION. This has to be the solid foundation to any child born to avoid sins and crimes.

So I suggest better not point or try to insult any community here.

without any reservations I agree with you, and these are not only anti civilised but trouble mongers in the society....Just behead them in presence of a group of civilised society so that let it be a deterrent for others...HOw these people took the undue advantage of a guy who is dire in need of money and looted him...Lets loot them with of their lives/souls ...Disgrace to the community they belong...Their parents and community leaders should have not done much to educate these goons...

I dispute with Shankar and Shawnavaz for suggesting a punishment - encounter and eliminate and behead the culprits. Nowhere in the world a capital punishment for robbery. So, be reasonable while commenting.

Now, coming to the point, lock all these rogues in jail for at least a year with RI (rigorous imprisonment)and get rotten and refined before setting them free.

By the way, it has nothing to do with any particular community.

You look too frustrated to eliminate people from one society.

Do not worry, we can think of your will and wish, when some one of your mentality change our constitution.

Till then please think of your progress and then some contribution to our society and nation.
