RIP. At the age of 80 he was still active and riding his famous scooter. Some of the nostalgic moments we can never miss with him and Prof.Peter , Prof Kamat ,Prof Pashwanath, Prof Chauta, Prof Gajanana etc..Wish there was a facebook page where some of us could connect and recollect those memories. Sadly during our time there was no facebook

It is really sad to hear the sudden demise of one of our beloved teacher Mr. Shetty, who taught us English and Social sciences at Jain High school.
Mr. Shetty had a great sense of humour, but at the same time he was quite tough with 'poli' boys!!
His famous dialogues like ' Gubbi gundi haako Kalla' or " Makkalu idru kashta.... Makkalu illadidru kastha' ..are still ringing in our eras!
Thank you Shetty sir for moulding us into better humans and let your soul rest in peace!!

My deepest condolence to the bereaved family. He was my High School English Teacher. During his tenure with the Jain High School, Moodbidri, he was very peculiar in teaching, & every body was understood properly. May his soul rest in peace.
