No one is a born thief or rowdy. What makes them to commit this? Lack of guidance from parents? Inability on the part of parents to give proper education due to poverty/too many children to take? Lack of job opportunities? Attraction to hifi life? Peer pressures to be successful? Inability of the community leaders to guide their youngsters?

Good Job by DK Police dept for nabbing these thieves so soon. These thieves must have that " All that Glitters is Gold " & took away church chalices & how disappointing that can be, when they realized " All that glitters is not Gold "
Govt should start Social Service as additional Punishment for these youth who get caught, they should serve Community with regular Punishment. Put them with Hospitals for Leprosy, HIV patients, Cancer patients, Senior Citizen Homes, Destitute Children's homes etc etc. They should realize how difficult is this world to live in, other than eat jail food easily..!!

hope this time nobody claims he is innocent. if we keep on use innocent card then the crimes will increase. we need to keep innocent people in innocent mode forever & do not give any chance to participate in criminal activity. it is the responsibility of the parents/family member/friends.

These thieves might have thought that these items are made of gold. Their dreams to become Bellary miners was curbed by the police. They will spend more money for the lawyers to get bail and court to drag the case.
